All windreama Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in alternative currencies via cryptocurrency or international payment methods will be converted to PHP at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. windreama does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, windreama reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in the Account pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — including voluntary closure — windreama will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC completion and any applicable hold periods.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, windreama's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by the Player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
windreama shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of profit or revenue; loss of data; gaming losses arising from the Player's own decisions; losses caused by third-party payment providers; losses arising from system downtime, maintenance, or technical faults beyond windreama's reasonable control; or losses arising from the Player's breach of these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." windreama does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. windreama maintains reasonable technical and security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all potential threats.
Players who have a complaint regarding any aspect of the windreama Platform — including but not limited to game outcomes, payment processing, bonus crediting, or account management — must first submit a formal complaint to windreama's customer support team. The amended Terms will specify their effective date.
Continued use of the windreama Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
